Dymondlinking represents some of the most pioneering technology developed in the area of online chemical information offering seamless integration between journal and database content. The Dymond linking functionality allows you to search a whole world of chemical information with just two clicks of the mouse.

Searches can be initiated by clicking on the relevant chemical object within the online article which could be any one of the following: graphical representations of structures and bold structural numerals and chemical names as they appear in the text.

Dymond linking has been developed by Elsevier Science in collaboration with ScienceDirect and MDL.

In order to make fully use of the linking mechanism, users need to have the free Chime® plugin downloaded. Also users will need to have Commander 2000 installed and have access to CrossFire for this search the Beilstein database.
