    • Entry Forms must be received at Elsevier by 30th November, 2004.
    • By participating entrants automatically consent to their name being made public should they win the cash prize.
    • Winner will be randomly drawn from all entries with the most correct answers.
    • One US $1000 cash prize. No alternative prize available. Winner is responsible for any tax liability incurred.
