This CD-ROM may be used on any Macintosh or any IBM PC (running Windows) with a CD-ROM drive. To gain the maximum benefit from this CD-ROM it should be used on a computer with an internet connection
To start the CD session launch your prefered Web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer etc.) and choose Open File.... from the File menu. Select the file 'home.htm' from the CD-ROM drive of your computer and click OK. The recommended browser for best use of this CD-ROM is Netscape Navigator 3 (Java enabled).
Additionally you will have to configure your browser to be compatible with the following file types: MPEG movies, Apple QuickTime Movies, ShockWave files, VRML files and Tcl/Tk files, the links below are to plug-ins recommended by the authors concerned. For one of the papers (Fernandes and others) a Java-enabled browser is required.
