The IFAC transfer of copyright form

IFAC requires the authors of all papers to sign the transfer of copyright form, which transfers copyright in the paper to IFAC. For legal reasons, the original completed and signed copyright form must be available in hardcopy. Thus authors must return the completed and signed copyright form by mail, even when the paper itself is being submitted to the conference in electronic format.

The copyright form is available here (PDF 104kB). All authors should print this form, sign it and return it to the editorial office of the conference at which your paper is being presented. Consult the appropriate conference website for address details.

It is important to remember that the copyright transfer form must be signed and returned by mail, irrespective of whether the paper is being submitted in hardcopy or electronically. Your paper will not be accepted for publication if it is not accompanied by the signed copyright transfer form.
