This
presentation is based upon the integration of three e-business technologies:
1. Customer Interaction Services to support the following delivery channels:
mobile phone, PC/Internet, PDA, and ATMs. 2. A Public Key infrastructure
to provide for confidentially, integrity, authentication, authorization,
and non-repudiation. 3. Middleware that provides access to a heterogeneous
back office applications. The challenge was to provide objective evidence
that the level of security and quality (baseline) met or exceeded the
bank's requirements. In this presentation, the speaker will provide
the approach he used to plan, manage and control all of the activities.
