In 1997 a major review of security requirements was carried out throughout the Airbus organisation. As a result, a wide range of innovative projects have been rolled out. A revitalised security management organisation and a comprehensive security awareness campaign have been key to the success of this programme. Information security is now recognised as a contributor to success, improving our reputation with our customers and enabling new ways of doing business with them.
