Location
The conference will be held at the Capital Hilton Hotel, 16th and K Streets, NW, Washington DC 20036, USA. The Capital Hilton is close to major historical, cultural, and social attractions of the city. The White House, the Smithsonian Institute, and the Washington Monument are nearby, as are restaurants, shops, and several theatres. The hotel has excellent facilities including a health and fitness center, business center, and choice of restaurants. Valet parking is available to hotel residents.

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been booked at the Capital Hilton for use by conference delegates. A special conference bedroom rate has been negotiated of US $139 for single occupancy and US $164 for double occupancy. Room rates are exclusive of state and local taxes, currently 14.5% per room per night.
