Academic Registration
To qualify as an academic delegate you must hold a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.
Payment
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference and checks should be made payable to Elsevier Science Ltd. Your registration will be acknowledged in writing: if you have not received joining instructions 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the place completely, please phone the conference office immediately on +44 (0) 1865 373625 and ask for a cancellation number. Provided written notice is received by 6 June 2000 a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 23 June 2000 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted that cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee.
In the unlikely event that Elsevier Science should deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier Science Ltd shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of any travel arrangements made by individual delegates.
Changes
Details are correct at time of going to print. Elsevier Science reserves the right to change any session in the final program.
