Series Edited by

Editorial Board
James A. MacMahon, Utah State University, Department of Biology, Logan, Utah, USA

Description
A natural successor to, and development from the seminal series Physiological Ecology (edited by Hal Mooney - and now completed), Terrestrial Ecology aims to publish authoritative books on topics, themes and issues in all aspects of ecology in terrestrial environments. The first volumes are currently in preparation, but the Publishers and Editor particularly seek new proposals that will be of broad interest to the ecological community. Studies and syntheses that integrate ecological topics at larger scales and that link ecology with other disciplines are particularly welcome.

The series coverage will primarily serve postgraduate and research ecologist, but higher level, specialist undergraduate texts are also welcome. Potential authors are invited to contact the Publishing Editor, Andrew Richford at a.richford@elsevier.com in the first instance.
