Current Readings in Transport Economics Vol.5, No.2, 2007

Impact factors for 2006 are newly published and show that the journals covered by CRTE are increasingly highly cited. Transportation Research Part A has enjoyed an especially strong surge: I direct your attention particularly to Pat Mokhtarian’s 2005 special issue on “The Positive Utility of Travel”.

Two other special collections feature in this month’s CRTE: André de Palma et al address "Investment and the Use of Tax and Toll Revenues in the Transport Sector", and Wafaa Saleh offers "Success and Failure of Travel Demand Management".

Finally, don’t forget to look at the new book and forthcoming conferences listed at the end of CRTE.
