Current Readings in Transport Economics Vol.6, No.1, 2008

The second article on the list this issue is from a journal which may be unfamiliar to you but which is likely to become increasingly important: Journal of Transportation Systems Engineering and Information Technology (JTSEIT). JTSEIT is an English-language journal from China, where the world's most ambitious programme ever of transportation infrastructure construction is being implemented. The sheer scale of the works in progress has consequences worldwide, and for anyone working in our field is impossible to ignore. It would be wise to pay attention to Chinese research in this area as well - take a look at JTSEIT!
